  • Lead and manage the marketing staff.

    Qualifications

  • 5 + years of experience
  • MS / MA or MBA in a related field

    Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and LinkedIn.
  • Track, analyze, and report the success of paid ad campaigns.
  • Work with the digital marketing manager and SEO specialist.

    Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in creating and running Google ad campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience in creating and running Google ad campaigns Preferred, but not required: BS / BA / MS / MA degree in a related field

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and review innovative concepts in Smart Contracts with Solidity.
  • Write test codes to test the Solidity codes.

    Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in developing smart contracts on any EVM-based chain
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering and tools like git
  • Proven experience with Solidity, Hardhat or Truffle, and Blockchain API’s (e.g. Web3.js)
  • Deep understanding of decentralized applications
  • Knowledge of permissioned and permission-less Blockchains especially Ethereum

  • Recognize page ranking issues and create solutions.

  • Draft, edit, and improve provisional and non-provisional patent applications.
  • Write 20 claims for the non-provisional applications.
  • File non-provisional patent applications to USPTO.
  • Respond to office actions particularly related to 103 rejections.

    Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in prosecuting utility patent applications
  • A degree in law or J.D.
  • Deep understanding of how to draft claims for business methods, software applications, and computer algorithms
  • Familiarity with court cases related to patent eligibility and 101 rejections especially the Alice case

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and modify web pages based on the designs in Figma.
  • Work on tasks within a team of developers to improve performance and SEO.
  • Review and merge pull requests based on best practice.

    Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience with ReactJS and NextJS
  • BS or MS degree in computer science or software engineering

    Responsibilities

  • Work in a team of designers, developers, and researchers to design and improve innovative smart contracts.
  • Do research about decentralized applications and blockchain technology.
  • Help with designing scientific experiments to test and improve ParaLead variations.

    Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with scientific research on technology and economics
  • Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Accounting, MIS or a relevant field (Ph.D. students may also be considered)
  • Experience with Blockchain technology and decentralized applications
  • Knowledge of FinTech, Financial Markets, and Corporate Finance
